Laurie has vast experience in the industry, and the area.  Laurie started as an agents representative in 2006.  After completing her full Real Estate Licence in 2012, Laurie managed another agency until 2021.  With good communication skills, and a high level of professionalism, saw many happy clients buy and sell their properties.

Golden/Paradise beach is situated approximately half way along the pristine 90 Mile Beach.  Along with Glomar Beach, The Honeysuckles and Seaspray, this coastal area is much sort after as both a holiday retreat, and for permanent living.  The fishing is world class with 2 huge fishing competitions annually.  Surrounded by farmland, the area is very picturesque, and is just a short distance from many other attractions.  The Golden Beach VMMR Clubrooms are open for meals Saturday nights, and Golf Club open Friday nights for drinks.  Seaspray’s Surf Life Saving Club is also open for dining.  There are many local clubs and organisations you can join for a fulfilling social life.

Go boating on the Gippsland Lake system, Australia’s largest inland lake system, encompassing Lakes Wellington, King & Victoria. You can get to lock Sport, Paynesville, Metung and Lakes Entrance, and you can also boat up various rivers that feed into the lakes, to get to Sale, Bairnsdale and Nicholson.  Check out the famous silt jetties at Eagle Point.

If boating is not your thing, we are only 25 minutes from Sale, for shopping, theatre, dining and many other activities.  The Port of Sale and the famous and historical Swing Bridge are well worth a visit.  There are also many day trips that can be done from the area, with many coastal and inland towns to explore.
